Bookings

Any individual or group wishing to book the hall MUST

  • Accept the terms and conditions of use
  • Have a Child Protection Policy and appropriate PVG certification and training if children or vulnerable people are involved in the activity/event

The Terms and Conditions of Let and all related documents should be read prior to booking the hall.  The documents are: Information for Hall Users, Fire Safety Action Plan, Health and Safety Statement and Child Protection Policy.  Click here for a floor plan of the building.  The calendar page on this website indicates availability of the hall.

Booking enquiries should be emailed to info@bonarbridgecommunityhall.org.uk or alternatively, telephone Michele on 07842 076274.  Please specify the date, times and areas of the hall that you wish to use.

To confirm a booking please complete the Booking Form and email it to info@bonarbridgecommunityhall.org.uk or post it to Bonar Bridge Community Hall SCIO, Lairg Road, Bonar Bridge, IV24 3EA.  

 

Hall Charges from September 2024
 Cinema Room charity or local event  £6 per hour
 Tea Room charity or local event   £7 per hour
 Main Hall charity or local event   £8 per hour
 Party/reception less than 30 people   £10 per hour
 Party/reception more than 30 people   £20 per hour
 Public Consultation  £30 per hour
 Weekly local clubs  poa
 Cooker and/or dishwasher per hour  £10 per hour 

 

In addition to the above Hall Charges the following equipment hire charges also apply:

Hire Charges
 Chairs (per 10)  £6
 Tables (each per day)  £3
 Art Stand  £5
Audio Visual Equipment** £10

**This includes screen, projector, computer link and DVD player. Please note that a licence is required to show films.
